What if I want to return my order?
We are sorry to hear that. If you would like to return your merchandise, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package. You must then return the merchandise to us within 10 business days, at your expense. As soon as we receive your merchandise, unused and undamaged, we will issue you a refund for the price of the merchandise minus the shipping costs and a 5% restocking fee. We suggest that you insure the package as we will not be able to issue a refund if the merchandise arrives to us damaged.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Oh no! On the rare occasion that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package.
For USA customers, we will email you a UPS shipping label that you can use to ship the merchandise to us, at our expense. Please pack the merchandise in its original packaging and ship it via UPS. After we receive the damaged merchandise, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
For international customers, you will need to email a photo of the damaged merchandise to us. After your photo is reviewed, and we confirm that the merchandise is damaged, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.
