3 Friends Having Dessert is a podcast by the owners of Sarah’s Stands. Each week, Sarah, Aaron, and Derek strive to answer all the dessert questions you never knew you had! With 2016 knocking on the door it's time to answer the question on everyones mind "What is the best dessert to serve on New Years Eve?" Listen along as the trio break down how to create a champagne sundae and get a little tipsy looking back at 2015.
2 scoops of Sorbet (I recommend raspberry and blood orange)
1 piece of pound cake with caramelized sugar on top - Sprinkle healthy amount of sugar on top caramelize in oven (or with a torch) - dice into crouton shapes spread on top of Sorbet
1 bottle champagne (I recommend Rose) - add as much as you like, but less can be more here - I recommend adding the champagne after it has been served for max fun value. Pour it on in front of your guests and watch it bubble up.
