What to make this?

Bottle double Ginger Beer (Trader Joe's has an excellent one)

Coconut Gelato (recommend Talenti, but any coconut ice cream type product will work)

Dark Rum (any type just make sure it's dark, not spiced or clear)

I recommend dropping in the Coconut first as this allows everything to more fully mix together. Obviously this is person preference, but for me I go with 20% Coconut 20% rum and 60% Ginger Beer mix.
