Returning Items

We completely stand behind our products. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us right away so we can make it right. In order to return an item for a full refund, we require that you contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will send you a shipping label and the item must be shipped out within 2 days. Once we receive the item, unused and undamaged, we will issue you a refund. Please note, orders outside of the USA cannot be returned.

Damaged Items

We take great care to package our items but, on some rare occasions, items may be damaged during shipping. If this happens, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will send you a UPS shipping label and, once the damaged item is received, we will send you a replacement.

Please note, we understand that there are times when our products are needed on a specific date. If this is the case, when you contact us, please include pictures of the damage and the date you need the item by. This will allow us to do everything in our power to get you a replacement right away. We want happy customers and we want you to have your items when you need them!

For orders outside of the USA, we require pictures of the damage before we will ship out a replacement item. Please be aware that shipping you a replacement item will take some time due to the nature of international shipping.

Return Mailing Address

Please ship items in their original packaging to ensure that they arrive safely. For returns, we suggest that you insure the package as we will not be able to issue a refund if the item arrives to us damaged.
